I bet it turns out the illicit undergarments were brought in by the same guys who bring in the waterboard and the car battery with the testicle clamps. 'Cause I'm sure none of the guys there thought they'd need a change of undies.

Who knows. I loved the part about not wanting them to have those shorts because "They could hang themselves". Yeah, who would want to do that and deprive themselves of the wonderful "hospitality" they're experience at Hotel Guantanamo, where only the best terrorist suspects stay.
